As part of the brokerage, OSD International GmbH & Co. KG offers advice in accordance with the legal requirements and receives a commission from the product provider for successfully brokering an insurance contract. This commission therefore does not have to be paid separately by you to OSD International GmbH & Co. KG; it is already included in the insurance premium. OSD International GmbH & Co. KG does not receive any further compensation in connection with the placement and advice.
OSD International GmbH & Co. KG hereby confirms that it does not have a direct or indirect holding of more than 10% in the capital or voting rights of a specific insurance company. In addition, no insurance company is involved in OSD International GmbH & Co. KG in the manner described above. OSD International GmbH & Co. KG also confirms that it is not contractually obliged to carry out insurance brokerage transactions exclusively with one or more insurance companies. OSD International GmbH & Co. KG has the legally required financial loss liability insurance with the legally specified insured amounts.
